Phazer XMLTV service

• Service has changed XML generation logic.
• Now, every channel is in its own static file.
• There are two types of files: daily and weekly.
• • Weekly file contains 7 day EPG, starting form today 6:00 (am).
    - weekly format: http://tvprofil.net/xmltv/data/{channel-xmltv-id}/weekly_{channel-xmltv-id}_tvprofil.net.xml
    - don't use this file for frequent downloads
  • Daily file contains EPG for specific day from 00h-24h CET.
    - daily format: http://tvprofil.net/xmltv/data/{channel-xmltv-id}/YYYY-MM-DD_{channel-xmltv-id}_tvprofil.net.xml
• This change was made because server was too loaded. Static XML files are refreshed on internal channel update.
• Charset encoding is UTF-8
• Timezone is CET (Central european) UTC+02h summer time, UTC+01h winter
• Language is mostly in channel origin language
• Get full channel list in XMLTV format: channel-list.tvprofil.net.xml
• Don't download weekly XML more the once a day because of server load and data is refreshed at most once a day (except Croatian national channels)
